Krista Magnifico, DVM, has been a veterinarian and owner of Jarrettsville Veterinary Center for 5 years. Dr. Magnifico has been involved in veterinary medicine for 25 years and has worked in animal shelters as a volunteer. She also lived on a New Hampshire farm. Dr. Magnifico earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Transportation and Biology from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She provides a full range of medical care and surgery to the patients of Jarrettsville Veterinary Center. As practice owner, Dr. Magnifico has the additional responsibilities of overseeing and implementing all veterinary practice protocols, business policies, inventory, products, and services, as well as managing the staff and implementing superior standards of care. Dr. Magnifico’s entire family, including her parents, brother, and sister, contribute to the practice. She lives with her husband, two pot bellied pigs, six cats, all between the ages of 16 and 19 years old, and three rescued dogs: a prima donna beagle mix, a trouble making mixed breed, and the cutest beagle puppy ever. Dr. Magnifico’s future goals are to establish Jarrettsville Veterinary Center as a state of the art veterinary medical facility that practices medicine with kindness, compassion, and looks forward to the day when Harford County has a one hundred percent adoption rate for all its unwanted cats and dogs.

Karen Graf, DVM, has been a veterinarian at Jarrettsville Veterinary Center since 1996. Dr. Graf has worked in the veterinary field for a total of 23 years, 16 of which she has spent as a veterinarian. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science and Biology from Virginia Tech and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. She is exceptionally dedicated to the clients at Jarrettsville Veterinary Center and has had many of the same patients since they were puppies or kittens. A local native, Dr. Graf grew up working on a horse farm and riding horses. She lives with her husband, son, and 6 cats and enjoys spending time with her family.

Tracy Morgan, DVM, has been a veterinarian at Jarrettsville Veterinary Center since June 2008. Dr. Morgan has been a veterinarian for 8 years and has also worked in the field of veterinary medicine for 21 years including positions such as kennel attendant, and technician.She has also worked on a farm. Dr. Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She practices medicine and surgery at Jarrettsville Veterinary Center and has a special interest in dog behavior. Dr. Morgan believes in exceptional client care and strives to improve the quality of all aspects of veterinary services.She grew up in Kingsville where her parents still live and currently shares her home with two dogs, four cats, and two horses. In her spare time, Dr. Morgan enjoys all types of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and running.

Courtney Breen, DVM, has been a veterinarian at Jarrettsville Veterinary Center for 2 years. She has 8 years prior experience in veterinary medicine including volunteer work. Dr. Breen earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Breen practices medicine with an emphasis on wellness and disease prevention for patients of all ages and provides comprehensive medical treatment for sick pets. She grew up in Texas where her parents still live. She lives with her husband, two Labrador Retrievers, and one cat. She also owns two thoroughbreds that are retired from racing. In her time away from the clinic, Dr. Breen loves riding her horses and often competes in local equestrian events. She also enjoys jogging in the hills of Harford County.

Amy Hubbard, DVM, has been a veterinarian at Jarrettsville Veterinary Center since the fall of 2009. Dr. Hubbard earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Veterinary School in 1991. She is a  Board Member of the Harford County Humane Society.  Dr. Hubbard is involved with Project Cat Snip, a trap, neuter, and release program, that has neutered and spayed over 1000 feral cats. Dr. Hubbard provides preventative medicine, diagnostics and surgery for her patients. Her special interests include veterinary dentistry, and pocket pets. She hopes to become proficient in endodontics in the future. Dr. Hubbard also maintains the Jarrettsville website. Dr. Hubbard enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. During her free time, Dr. Hubbard enjoys exercising, skiing, gardening, and antiquing. Dr. Hubbard also volunteers with the Humane Society, Pets on Wheels, and Girl Scouts.  Along with her family, Dr. Hubbard shares her home with two dogs, two cats and one hamster.  All of her pets are rescued!
